    Overview

    EASy Simulation – CASH is an interactive, web-delivered simulation that quickly and accurately assesses the key skills required for success as a collection agent. This highly realistic simulation lets applicants "test drive" the job and prove they have the skills to handle the unique challenges collection agents face on a daily basis. As part of the simulation, applicants demonstrate their ability to interact with customers regarding delinquent accounts, overcome objections and stall tactics, educate customers on the benefits of payment, negotiate appropriate payment terms, update account information, and document call results. Applicants must also demonstrate basic keyboard and navigation skills as well as the ability to identify effective responses for each question. As a result of the simulation, applicants have a realistic preview of the job, and you have a realistic preview of applicants' ability to perform the job.
