Employment Technologies is pleased to announce the release of a Spanish language version of the award-winning Call Center Simulation. This highly realistic simulation is specifically designed for call centers that support Spanish-speaking customers.
The interactive simulation gives applicants an opportunity to "test-drive" the call center agent job and to experience what it's like to operate a call center workstation. As part of the simulation, applicants handle a series of realistic calls from Spanish-speaking customers. Applicants are required to enter customer information, listen to customer issues, look up relevant information, identify effective responses, and summarize calls. Applicants must also demonstrate basic keyboard and navigation skills. All participant and administration screens are provided in Spanish, along with detailed results and reports.
The new simulation retains all of the benefits of the original Call Center Simulation and is the ideal tool for hiring and developing the best call center agents.
