Call Center Simulation provides a comprehensive, objective evaluation of job-specific skills. The simulation replicates the agent job and requires applicants to demonstrate critical job skills. Call Center Simulation:

VERIFY
Structured
Employment Interview (SEI) provides a consistent, accurate, and cost effective process for evaluating applicants. SEI programs are available for customer service, inbound sales, and outbound sales agent positions. SEI programs:

- Provide a standardized process for evaluating job-related skills, experience, and abilities.

DEVELOP
