The Teller Fit Index offers three report options for summarizing applicants' performance. Each report differs in the amount of detail provided; however, all reports contain a Turnover Risk Rating. A brief summary of each report is provided below.

• Basic Report - Includes the applicant's name, Test ID number, test date, location of testing, a graphical representation of the applicant's overall test score, and Turnover Risk Ratings. The overall test score is a combination of both Section A and Section B information.
  

• Profile Report - Includes the information contained in the Basic Report. In addition, each applicant receives a separate score for the Work Tolerance items in Section A, and scores for each of the five Interpersonal Style characteristics measured in Section B. Every score is displayed numerically as well as in bar charts.
  

• Profile Plus Report - Includes the information contained in the Profile Report. Additionally, applicants' performance on several Section A Work Tolerance dimensions is summarized. The summary also will "yellow flag" any dimensions which should be more carefully examined by a hiring manager as a result of potential poor job fit.
