valuable information to assist you in making effective hiring
and development decisions. A summary of each report is provided
below.
Individual Success Profile This report contains a participant's complete assessment results. These results provide a prediction of the participant's potential for success and valuable feedback on skill strengths and developmental needs. This report is typically used when providing developmental coaching and feedback.
CareeRx Developmental Report CareeRx provides a personalized development plan for each participant. Each plan clearly lists and prioritizes specific developmental activities based on the participant’s assessment results. Due to its emphasis on development, this report is used for performance management and coaching.
List of Participants Report This report lists overall assessment scores and skill scores for multiple participants. The report can be sorted by name, date, or test score to provide a quick overview of participant results. This report is used primarily when reviewing participant results to make hiring decisions.
Training Needs Analysis This report shows results across a group of participants and identifies group training needs by skill. The report also provides summary statistics (e.g., average score, number of participants) for a group of participants. This report is ideal for identifying group training and development needs.
Pass / Fail Participant Results List This report lists selected participants, the date they completed the simulation, and whether they passed or failed the assessment. This report can be generated for one participant or for a group of participants.
