 Faster Isn't Always Better

Absolutely not! Unfortunately, pre-employment testing
has trended toward convenience with little regard for
quality. It is no wonder organizations are screaming
for high-quality employees. A faster, more convenient
test may seem to be the answer, however, many "new"
electronic or Internet-delivered tests are merely old
tests delivered in a new format. Electronic delivery
does not change the accuracy of tests-you merely get
