Human Resource Executive
A new product from Employment Technologies Corporation
(ETC) has just received a National award for Top Ten Product
of the Year 2000 by a leading HR Magazine, Human
Resource Executive.
The award winning product, Call
Center Simulation™, simulates a telephone call
center workstation and customer calls. Call Center Simulation
is a pre-employment test that allows job applicants to
"test drive" the job of a call center agent
using the multi-media interactive CD-ROM. Employers receive
the benefit of "previewing the skills" of prospective
applicants before hiring them.
Employment Technologies Corporation designs and distributes
pre-employment tests, which use job simulations. Employment
Technologies Corporation is a leading provider of performance-based
testing. ETC is a privately held corporation located
in Metro Orlando. Some of ETC's clients are Huntington
National Bank, FleetBoston Financial, Wells Fargo Bank,
Saturn, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Sprint, Prudential,
and has an exclusive contract with Manpower Staffing.
Also, ETC designed simulation technology in a national
program on workplace skills for Junior Achievement.
